Overview:

A subscription-based platform where each designer manages a set of clients: clients submit design requests on a Kanban board, and the designer drives them through the pipeline to delivery. The project is brand new and still a work in progress — the core platform is functional and new features are shipped continuously ahead of launch.

Key Features:

1. Visual review — clients pin feedback notes directly on the exact spot of a design image, so no change request is ever ambiguous.
2. Design ratings — clients rate every delivered design (and the platform itself), and the feedback reaches the designer instantly.
3. Brand kit — a single page per client holding their logo, colors, fonts, and brand notes, so the designer never has to ask twice.
4. Digital contracts — bilingual service agreements read and signed by the client, then countersigned by the designer before work begins.
5. Kanban board — drag-and-drop task pipeline from request to delivery, with role-based permissions for clients and designers.
6. Collaborative workspaces — tasks, files, and threaded discussions with emoji reactions, all in one place.
7. Rich task descriptions with file attachments and one-click translation between English and Arabic.
8. Notifications everywhere — in-app, email, and web push, each configurable per user.
9. Subscription billing with invoices and automated renewal reminders.
10. Guided onboarding tour, built-in user documentation, and full English/Arabic interface with RTL support.
